Although DST Francis did not write the Peace Prayer, it remains a deeply meditative and powerful prayer. With a connection to the Beatitudes (Sermon on the Mount) and other words of Christ, it offers a model of discipleship. Rich in meaning and images of a life lived for Christ, the prayer nevertheless connects us with St Francis.
