The Kingdom of Jesus
If you were asked to summarise the message of Jesus in one sentence, how would you do it? Maybe one of the first things that comes to mind is love – that Jesus came to show us God’s love and help us love others. Maybe you think of the Golden Rule: “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” Or maybe you’d say He came to show us how to go to heaven when we die. None of those things are wrong – but that’s not how Jesus describes his mission.
